Meeting Administration

Board meetings, regional meetings, committee meetings, working group meetings, the list is almost endless and it is important that each one is properly organized, minuted and followed up. Volunteer members don’t always have the time and expertise to keep up with meeting administration.

We provide a full meeting service including organizing regular, annual and special meetings of the Executive Board, the association members, including the preparation of notices, agendas and other necessary documents. Guide the Executive Board or Council in the development of policies, procedures and of their obligations. Administer the provisions of the Constitution, Memorandum & Articles of Association, By-laws, rules, regulations and policies.
